A Visit to the Children Correctional Home

The theme of the event titled “The Winning spirit”, was expressed in a compelling story told by our amiable guest, Aunty Ayobami. The kids were held spellbound as they listened to the personal experience of our guest who narrates how she overcame the pains and regrets of rape and sexual abuse at the age of 15.
We also featured comedy-drama, and the kids entertained us with inspiring songs and playlets. It was a beautiful day at the secluded facility in Idi-araba Lagos which houses over 200 children under the care and guardians of well-trained teachers.
