The Yes, We Are Winning Foundation (YWAW ) joins the world to commemorate the World Cancer day 2019. The theme for 2019 is “I am And I will” – all about your story and your commitment. February 4 of every year is the World Cancer Day, organized by the UIC).

As part of our advocacy program, the YWAW engaged Prof. Samuel Eyesan, and Orthopedic Surgeon and Oncologist in an exclusive interview on the need to know that cancer is curable with early detection, as well as modifying the risk of cancer. The medical Director of the Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso, advised early detection as a way of surviving cancer epidemic.
