DESCRIPTION:The Yes\, We Are Winning Foundation have been in this space for a while. We have been at the fore front of advocating for and promoting quality and inclusive education in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals\, SDG4. \nOur contributions might just be like a drop in the ocean\, yet we are sure making great impacts\, giving hope and inculcating a winning lifestyle since 2016. We know where we are headed\, and we know that greater fulfillments awaits us\, but for now we will not hold back the little we’ve got to enrich those who need to be lifted from despair. \nHaving being recognized by the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB\, Lagos State)\, we began a partnership in 2020 and got approval to carry out our education scholarship program in both Primary and Secondary Schools in Lagos\, especially from the Kosofe local Government Area where our project was first launched. \n\n\n\nTwo years after\, Lagos State Subeb Maryland we have considered worthy of being celebrated as The Most Supportive NGO. This is in recognition of our commitment to promoting #quality and #inclusive education in Nigeria\, especially in #lagos state through our Project 555 scholarship and mentorship program.\n\nWe are delighted with this achievement and we are greatly motivated to continue to promote the Sustainable Development Goal\, #SDG4QualityEducation of the #UnitedNations\n\n\n\nThis award is dedicated to all our friends\, volunteers and partners who are committed to promoting a winning mentality.\n\nThe Yes\, We Are Winning Foundation is a platform for selfless individuals who are passionate about promoting the value of the human life and helping the needy in the society. SUMMARY:A Visit to the Children Correctional Home
DESCRIPTION:The theme of the event titled “The Winning spirit”\, was expressed in a compelling story told by our amiable guest\, Aunty Ayobami. The kids were held spellbound as they listened to the personal experience of our guest who narrates how she overcame the pains and regrets of rape and sexual abuse at the age of 15.  \nWe also featured comedy-drama\, and the kids entertained us with inspiring songs and playlets. It was a beautiful day at the secluded facility in Idi-araba Lagos which houses over 200 children under the care and guardians of well-trained teachers. \n\nTestimonials:\n“I now understand what it means to have a purpose in life\, and how to achieve one’s goals even in the worst circumstances.
